If it was something planned like a PEA, surely it wouldn't take HCH so long to release the Ann?
This smells like something they weren't planning IMO, like a low ball T/O bid attempt from GC?
If it was a speeding ticket, surely the ASX would let the market know that its a speeding ticket by now? or do they publish along with the explanation from the company?
