CEO is very impressive.
Recent hires excellent (CMO 12 years Google) etc.
Wasn't afraid to call out past mistakes, has made excellent headway with cuts (60% of 46 million reduction already achieved) and nailed his flag to the mast with future targets (CAGR at 10% already if that "one" client is removed).
