Well I guess it can't be ruled out just yet. We will have to wait and see if we get a PS announcement for the director change in holdings. Though I doubt it would be, apparently Paul and the gang have already had their fill with the maximum ($30k) amount on the SPP. Any other buying could be considered insider trading due to "imminent" BLM approvals. The same could be said for selling. If this does turn out to be a director, which I doubt, it would be a little concerning. IMO.
