There are 4 million living in poverty, lets say 400,000 of those are aboriginal

Lets have a voice to parliament not race based but an inclusive one so resources are directed only to those who need it, the poor, who are generally the most incarcerated, die younger etc...then we close a lot more gaps

Wasnt that Bob Hawkes plan...no child living in poverty
