Not sure why you think this would be an issue and intentionally misleading investors. I wouldn't expect MLX to have to use any other information to what has been made publicly available via the last reporting provided to them by OldPeak. Heck, people would probably otherwise complain it's inconsistent with OldPeaks last announcement. Regardless considering OldPeak has to announce every 1% movement as a major shareholder, using the most recent announcement is always going to be within 1%. I seriously don't see how this is such a big issue in your view LOL. Would it change your investment decision had they shown 9% instead of 9.7%? Get out of town. Yeah I also highly doubt they "chose to mislead investors" by not sending out a notice under corps act s672b
