Yes I agree, the FID needs to be finalized and announced ASAP if this company is to survive. The Preference of a loan or convertible note could be through Palisade or even Brickworks. Pay the debt. The FID announcement will provide them with a cash injection and same goes with Yarra Valley + Brickworks later this year.
A CR would be a terrible solution to this problem. They wouldn't get the funds from shareholders anyway, they've lost all respect and trust for the founders.
