RFG is a horrible business to be in. I see practically no advantage in a public company owning Brumby's, Gloria James etc.
Some unsettling similarity with CKF and RFG. i.e. rapid expansion internationally, more debt, more receivables, more inventory etc etc etc. But in the CKF case it all seems to balance out in the accounting.
