it will be very interesting to see how quickly we get results after this AGM.. I could be wrong, so please correct me if I am, but as it stands management wouldn’t be able to go out for another CR without going to shareholders first for approval since they’ve exhausted it with the Waratah CR, so by getting this one approved they’d be able to go for another CR.. from a business perspective I could see how you wouldn’t want to be rushing results pre that resolution passing as say you get fhe SP going for a solid run, you may not be able to get as good a CR as it’d have to go to shareholders which may mean some equity partners are more hesitant to throw their money on… just me speculating / trying to explain the slow results in a semi positive light !
