Loan facilities have been extended:

Nomad Building Solutions Limited (Nomad) is pleased to advise that its bank, Westpac, has approved the extension of the Nomad loan facilities for 13 months to 29 July 2011,
subject to the execution of formal loan documentation satisfactory to the bank.

The terms of the renewal are broadly in line with the boards expectations and, subject to the final documentation, directors intend to accept the offer.
