That document contains the text " 'invest' US$40 million in the Laguna Verde Project as work expenditures"This is not "investment" if the work expenditures are priced by Zangee.
It can be manipulated to ensure that Zangee acquires a controlling interest for NO net expenditure.
This flaw in Ultra's deal was discussed in post .
Here's the test : would Zangee have agreed to the deal if the work was to be performed by a third party ?
I do not think so, neither do you.
