I have literally zero idea why so called 'long term holders' would even look at trades to that detail. What possible benefit is it to you knowing that if you are truly in it for the 'long term'
Worse still, you don't know anyone's motivation for selling. There is quite literally zero to gain from even looking and all you do is stress yourself out over something that does not matter
