    IMHO this is a great deal.

    Following on from cleaning up the JORC resource.

    International base metal miner and explorer with deep pockets and existing operations nearby who will invest $million in the ground.

    If this is a goer PDZ get $10 million and effectively a 20% fee carried interest in Project through to BFS.

    Has taken a while but Welborn has done well to get this away.

    Would be good to get some detail on what other plans he has.
