**bullish announcement * up 9 cents ** Seems ARQ is not the right sort of stock for the HC penny dreadful and options playng day trading spec crowd. No response to my posting about ARQ's bullish announcement before trade began today. Though the market has only pushed the stock up from $1.29 to $1.38. ARQ of course does not need HC daytraders and HC long term one week investors' support to continue its advance.
