    If they've got a huge resource already delineated next door, and they sold MTM this tenement as superfluous; what is the point?
    There are so many REE projects in development this has next to zero chance of development even if they do find something - another dozen projects are already far more advanced and ready to flood the market before this even makes it to DFS assuming success.
