    CBR did mention in 2021 that there would be four Megaline projects in 2023. However, the reality is that currently only one project is being produced on time, and the remaining three projects have been delayed until at least 2025. If CBR had actually delivered on their promises, the stock price would not be as low as$ 0.14, and the market value would not be only 30 million.
