So what does this mean for Andrew? The only blemish I see on his first six months is the size of this equity raise portion of the funding package.... I was hoping based on his recent updates that he'd get a fully 'financed' package across the line (eg; no equity raise aspect) but that was clearly a bit wishful.... and in going down the equity raise path I think we're raising $10-$12mil more than needed...... some extra padding incase of delays on Fed startup I guess. Anyway I hope Andrew sticks around, as he's done a great job. I wouldn't blame him if he starts looking elsewhere though as thought he'd be great for the ongoing role. I don't know Bryan but his background looks aligned to the approach that Andrew has been implemented over the past 6months.... around continuous improvement. I for one hope the company keeps heading down this same path that Andrew has been laying down.
