There should be restrictions for new accounts imo, so many get created just to attack a particular stock. Either an ex employee, a shorter or someone who wants a lower entry price. Regardless, they certainly did not make a new account to share their DD with NOV investors, it's pretty obvious this user has deceptive and nefarious intentions
