    "Regrettably E25 has demonstrated itself incapable of conducting what advertised as an extremely simply quarrying process of scraping rocks off the ground and loading them onto ships. As a result there has been epic destruction of E25 shareholder value over the last several years, and it may be a matter of time before this company starts circling the drain."
