I find it interesting that they included and measure against people established on 300mg per day (75mg daily is typical initial dosage increasing as tolerated over 2 weeks to 150mg twice daily). Lyrica tolerance is well documented btw I.e less pain relief overtime.

They also seem to be measuring changes from baseline. Would you really expect to see such significant changes in baseline after someone has been taking this drug for 2 weeks (or more) compared to someone being initiated on a new drug that can be increased as needed and for which they are likely treatment naive?

Seems a little biased to me on deeper reading.
