It's a shame that the discussion here gets sullied by the moronic comments of the likes of rolling. It is clear that he/she is being opportunistic by attempting to seed doubt amongst loose hands in order to profit.

This is a 'storm in a teacup' at worst. Ron is not 'leaving'. He is transitioning to a role that, apparently, is more appropriate to both the Company's and his personal circumstances. Thus he is working at the management level for at least another year and at Board level for perhaps many years to come.

Much of Ron's work has been done. He has set up a brilliant team, overseen partnership building with Keysight, Nvidia, ASA, leading clinical advisors, 3 leading hospitals and perhaps a range of others such as GE Health and Phillip's, enormous success with the winning of non-dilutionary grants and getting the all important pivotal trials off the ground.

I would think that he feels that the team he has built up and mentored is more than capable of carrying on everything he has done and could do in the future. He is one of 30+ staff now, not one of 3 or 4 when he started. The mantle is now over to them.

I feel totally confident that Ron will continue - as board member and consultant - to contribute massively to the Company's future strategies. The more day to day roles that he is pulling back from will be more than capably covered by Scott, our largest shareholder.

If Ron was leaving suddenly and totally and selling all his shares, it would be a very different story. But that is FAR from the case, despite what some of the obfuscating manipulators here are, unsuccessfully, trying to say.
