I share the same view. I don't believe it's a question of if we will see 7c again either, just when. If ECS were doing multiple cap raises like CAN (to pay down debt) then I would question it because millions more shares would be coming on to the market. ECS management seem pretty clear on their intent to go forward with non-dilutive funding.
ECS might do more in revenue this year than their market cap. A portion of that could end up being profit depending on what they do with their accounting.
