From the Kin website about Anderson the new Executive Director Business Development:

"He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Rivet Group which provides transport, logistics, equipment hire and maintenance services to a number of industries including mining."

According to the AFR Rivet is well into Administration owing hundreds of millions to creditors.
Rivet’s challenges also go back to its Adaman Resources and WA gold show Kirkalocka Mine which also imploded into Administration in May 2021.

That is close to $2 million per year.
MD + CFO/Co Sec + the new role Exec Dir BD + Exploration Manager + Mining Manager.
Plus the Chairman and 2 Non-Exec Directors.

Next Cap Raise in July 23 which would put Delphi very close to or possibly just over 50%.
