You can't initiate a trial until you work out the preclinical optimal dose. Unfortunately, not all preclin work will pan out in trials.
Im not saying the science doesn't work, and it may yet, but we can see that the current SoC is not acknowledging EMD as a criteria for certain treatment. This isn't me stating this.
when we haven't even recruited 1 patient in a year for a 5year trial, I would say the trial isn't working. Maybe the SOC may change, and that would be great.
