Recent auctions in Wagga where I am interested in investing have had no interest at all, sale by negotiation and tender have now appeared as agents are clutching at straws with different ways to sell the properties. Also in the past 3 months 4 properties have been taken of the market and rented out{vendors need the dollars }-----speaks volumes that the high prices are over.
