    Is this new appt a bad sign in ref to the T/O... why would Hooper come back into the fold when the company could potentially be changing hands in the near future?

    I don't know, butI'm thinking two things...

    Hooper set for a quick profit or Sigma will not recommend the T/O and ignore shareholder returns.

    It owes me more than the 60c offer!

    Thoughts?
