Very Encouraging Statement from the Ugandan Government
If you've read the above article, I think the delay is Negotiating with the Ugandan government over the New Minerals Develpoment Act 2022, the Government can get Free carry of upto 15%. So this could be the holdup, Plus negotiating with RRM with the remaining 40%
