    And with WTI being sold down to a near 2 year low (or so) the economics of Cadlao is looking horrible (investor repellant). WTI around 67 on the spot market means doing your Cadlao econ on around 50 bucks (being generous). IRR is zero, NPV is negative and FCF is negative. How can you get anyone to invest in that?
