WA1 has Carbonatite - including P2O5 (for fertiliser) but is rich in Nb. -- REE has a Carbonatite also including P2O5 but rich in REEs

RR1 results imply an (NYF) pegmatite which contains no P2O5 but rich in Nb, Ta and heavy REEs

So its not apples with apples to compare -- IMO RR1 deposit (if proved) could be very rare and very valuable.
I don't see any mention of U or Th, so processing is much easier without them. They are nearly always associated with Carbonatite intrusions.

Can't see the 20 mill cap lasting for long - and there are the Li pegs to uncover too, and that Copper. WOW!!

*** Carbonatites are light weight low temperature igneous intrusions which originate deep in the earth, when they flow on the surface they are white like liquid mud, but soon turn black. - very rare but google them. Pegmatites are light weight bodies with large crystals which are expelled from certain granites in the last phase of their cooling. Squirted out into the country rock as layers - but sometimes trapped in the granite too.

This ann is as good as it could be - might take a bit of time to catch on (peeps used to Lithium in Pegs) but it will IMO.

All my own views - not a geo - So not advice.
