If the timing of production is not gonna be delayed "by a significant amount", then the delay of the start of the construction cannot be by a significant amount either. Otherwise the math/logics doesn't add up.

Which can only mean that the start of the construction (not funding, not offtakes) cannot be delayed much beyond the end of June/July either (otherwise how can we start producing by year end?). We should clearly hold Lindsay and Co to this timeline, and if it's not turning out to be the case this time, it's conclusive that the whole thing is a joke.
