AVL isnt is a position to take anyone over , or vice versa for that matter. They are two small companies. If we(either of us) are taken over it could only possibly be by a much bigger fish that want one or both, could AVL raise $100m @ 3.5c per share to fund the takeover ? I highly doubt it. RCF might be the facilitator to potentially merge the co's of it was to ever happen (and you know what, someone comes up with a $300m offer for both, great) but i'll eat my hat if AVL buys anything
