    It wouldn't be the first time there has been judicious market support just before a CR.
    NHE was wallowing in the mid teens several weeks ago.
    Suddenly there is a push to 25c and then whacko there is a CR.
    Looks a bit sus when you have $12M to raise from a stock trading weak in the market.
