A Gripe of mine.

I am not at all happy with the timing of this announcement.

IMO, it should have been announced after closing yesterday, or at least have a pause in trading this morning, to allow investors time to absorb and assess the implications of this document and its effects on NRZ's core business.

I think that at this point in time, it has little relevance with respect to core business.

I also believe that a lot of enthusiastic investors unnecessarily lost a lot of capital today, although maybe only on paper. They should be rightly angry.
