DCmentioned that the BAM study is expected to be completed around July. If thingsgo well, RNU will proceed with financing and FID. DC expressed optimismregarding the current market conditions and technical work, stating that bothare coming together in a “strong way”allowing for swift progress towards FID and financing. Once FID isachieved, it will take approximately 12-15 months to start production. DC emphasizedthat the project is already "Developed and ready."

Regardingfinancing, DC highlighted the strong support from the Australian government,which have provided a conditional loan of 185M. This support has enabled RNU tomove forward with procuring the necessary loan-lead items as they have the support.

In terms ofoff-take agreements, RNU aims to meetthe demand of the four existing agreements, totaling 60,000 TPA of SPG, andproduce a significantly higheramount than what was projected in the 2020 study.

Additionally,he stated that the current free trade agreement recently signed between AUS andthe USA is highly beneficial for RNU's upstream and downstream plans. It willbe interesting to see how this unfolds…

Althoughthe start of 2023 focused on laying the foundations for future milestones,there are several key items on the horizon: completion of technical work,conversion of non-binding off-take agreements to binding ones, completion offinancing, FID, construction, and a positive market outlook that aligns withthe development of Siviour.
