There are only 3 substantial holders in this company, but, there are about 10 holders that held a reasonable number at end of FY09, that any number of these holders could have been dumping.

Someone(s) with a significant amount was dumping over the previous 3-4 months, simply by the parcel sizes and volume of parcels going through.

But someone else has been accumulating. Actually more than one someone has been accumulating.
