glass half full scenerio...
Management wouldn't waste their time doing a cr unless they knew that good news on flow rates are soon to be released and therefore sending the sp north, otherwise they won't raise a cent. They are obviously rewarding SH by offering the same deal as they gave the SI's.... Prediction... great announcment on FP flow rates and SP takes off - we all participate in CR...

why would management do a CR now if they knew that a good announcment was just arround the corner. They would wait for the SP to rise first and therefore reduce dilution. They are obviously clutching at straws.. Prediction... no one participates in CR and they start looking at otherways to raise money and we see SP fall further...

Obviously we are all hoping for the glass half full scenerio, but to be honest neither scenerio really makes sense. Here's hoping for good news soon
