The primary work they are required to do is deal with repairs and troubleshooting on products returned by dealers and end users.

And I never said “the sky is falling” nor mentioned “overwhelming problems”.
If you have jumped to those conclusions - apparently without even reading the job description on the ads - that has nothing to do with either me or the advertisements.
My conclusions were ONLY - even more staff plus enough hours to keep at least two of them busy, plus a possible faulty product recall sent out to dealers .
