If such Allegations were in fact true --- there would have been NB defense and definitely -NO Defamation Case or need for a case..

The Case is a Civil suit -- there is No Proof of what You have stated, was committed by the Defendent.

If You were there and actually witnessed this atrocity -- You should contact the Authorities' immediately as they would love to put this matter to rest.
