you're saying being in a ridgeline there won't be erosion problems! well that depends on the soil type and of course rainfall intensity and amount...we are in far north Queensland remember !!
and this monstrosity is allowed by a government that requires a permit application process and a fee for any farmer or earthmover etc who wants to do any more than a 10m by 5m excavation, even 300 km inland ...cos it's in the reef catchment !!
