    Read the SO4 announcement that was the start of the end. No mention of finance or takeover.
    Hopefully it is just a performance report but the wording is fairly vague.
    Nobody will be taking this over. If it were to be sold it would be at the best offer made to the creditors.
    Not sure why a TH is required to announce an increase in production.
