I think the interesting thing will be what happens when the 'strategic partner' comes in. I am guessing a reduction of capital on the merger and a further one when the new partner is sought.

With all the delays and over shooting of deadlines this guy has in his wake then i wont be holding my breath.

Then on top of that there is his reputation.......giving money to him is like leaving a junkie in your house for a weekend. you dont really know what has been done immediately, but because of his nature......you know its not good.
