I don't think it was a matter of a rumor more so how information was relayed. I spoke at length with Fabian on the phone 2 times about all projects and asked about permits for Rana multiple times and at no time did he say to me permits had been received. Perhaps I'm wrong here but perhaps they didn't need to state the fact or not if it was PS. If you go back to the Ann that says permits to be received early may you would think all of this would be pretty damn simple to relay to market. But it hasn't or wasn't. Anyway bridge over the water. I guess.
