@Gccc12You seem to be a nice guy, I also know you are trying, I also know you are in over your head hoping and believing in AUZ, you are also 100% invested here you have said this repeatedly.
I have been invested and posting here in AUZ since 2017 +-, I have always tried to share my general understanding by opening a window with information and ideas. I am also learning, it is a lifelong endeavour. (According to me and in my opinion as always)
I have said repeatedly that I wish to show those here alternative insights (Insights I would have been grateful for when first starting out) I know that many here are small investors having a punt, but many are heavily invested beyond their means.
I share my reasons, my logic, information, charts and spreadsheets with detail, YET.
It has been said on many occasion that I am just a disgruntled down-ramper with mischievous intent, I know that is not the case, I actually do care, that is exactly what brings me back, oh, and the lesson in what I will be on the lookout for. The danger sign.
My thoughtsIt seems to me that many here lack a clear understanding and strategy for their activities at AUZ. IMO. Belief and hope are not an investment strategy, there has to be more to it than that. History tells stories if you are willing to read them, to discover patterns, traits and behaviours.
It seems to me that many here may not know or understand how destructive dilution really is, IT IS DEVASATATING FINANCIALLY and was a hard lesson for me to learn.
By staying invested, while a board keep the company afloat indefinitely at your expense is slowly dawning on some of the most die hard including you Gccc12, the pain is being felt if I read your posts correctly. The question is
What will you and they do.Generally SpeakingBeing invested in a stock that is declining is hard, but tolerable if you have a very clear understanding and reason to be there,
(IF you are not being diluted into an early grave,) the board needs to be trustworthy and have fiscal restraint. this situation can be recovered from with a change in company fortunes. Fundamental analysis is your guide in this case
Generally SpeakingBeing invested in a stock that is long term declining
and being heavily diluted is pure madness, Especially when there is NO clear believable solution, and the board are unproductive, uncommunicative and refuse to take financially responsible decisions regarding salaries and expenses.
The longer you are invested the more the financial damage is, and the more the dilution takes hold,
It is harder to ever recover from this situation, regardless of the companies future fortune.

I give these insights below because I want you to understand that there are always rising and declining stocks if you look for them, even in times where the global situation is not good.

- Some are just turning and may not continue with upwards momentum
-Some may continue with uptrend for a longer timeframe
- Some may continue with uptrend for a longer timeframe after a pause in gains as illustrated in some
You are looking for trend, trend reversal and upwards momentum overall, this list will change on a daily basis.
Stock picking and trading in and out has been done for decades, it requires work though.
I sold my AUZ shares because I no longer had confidence in the board,
this sentiment was proven right over time watching AUZ.
Management make companies and they also break companies.
Dilution is the investors enemy, even when dilution is dressed up as beautiful options, The board threw you a bone laced with arsenic and you wanted more.
Options are the equivalent of an anchor, they also reduce your potential gain. especially over a longer timeframe, they are also easy money for the board without having to ask for it, Nothing is FREE ?????
