I think as well due to the BNPL nature of the current PLL offtake (its always hard to pay top dollar for something after you have already aquired it) people tend to look past the fact that we still have a good strong partner thats financially sound. This is going to help immensely when we stick our hand out for assistance from the Quebec Government. You're right, i'd much prefer PLL to be an equity partner and debt free than see them sell off to someone who might not think the 19.9% of SYQ is sufficient.
