Yes this all makes sense so long as you believe the SP is going up. I guess I was thinking of those who are just chasing $6,250 from flipping the options at 5c when they list. If your assumption is the share price will be flat or go backwards short term then it makes sense to sell the heads and significantly reduce the risk of lost capital. The strategy will depend on the risk appetite.
