Very dissapointing The Ace.... Given that they had six million dollars to do something really good.. for the company.. themselves... and the share holders..
A large scale dilution at these levels to the benefit of insiders... is clearly not in the interest of small share holders..... expected no better from Dicky Poole... but much more from Rieseling and Steinlarger...
Taking the twenty two cent money for themselves.... then effectively buying the company at three cents... shafting the mum and dad share holders along the way.. too greedy by far..
Still I guess they need AGM/EGM to get it through.... we can vote against it... Over a hundred million shares the Directors dont own or control... With some organisation they could even be removed... Maybe thats what they are frightened of... having done nothing to enhance share holder value.. only fill their own pockets... removal by the share holders?... hence the need to consolidate their position through a manipulated share placement?
