Which you would think may have led to a quick approval process but I guess like anything attached to a government....red tape and a million boxes to tick. DFC is probably the best form of funding for us because it then opens us up to their guarantor service for future phases....someone mention last week the possibility of a UAE package to cover upstream and downstream projects, there would be a sense of satisfaction with telling DFC "not worry about it, we're now covered at both ends"
