One thing I can't fully comprehend is how SYA have the controlling interest in the JV but it is clearly being steered to favour the minority interest. My understanding is that with 75% ownership in a JV, you can essentially throw that weight around to influence the key decisions for the JV.

As its been suggested a couple times here, are SYA relinquishing this advantage to honour a gentlemen's agreement with PLL to allow them to profit for a certain amount of years from the one-sided OT in light of their initial life-line? You, split and others have pointed out it obviously wouldn't take up until 2026 to get downstream processing underway at NAL so what favours are being honoured here at the detriment of SYA?

For anyone who understands the dynamics of a JV in depth - If SYA were to put their foot down and say we want the JV to go downstream ASAP but PLL were to oppose this, how is it decided which way the JV goes forward?
