I see, so basically the % JV interest is only in regard to the economic side of things, not the management of it?
Obviously there is no "putting their foot down" clause, what I'm asking is if the two JV partners are at odds about a decision what is the process to decide this? Your example with 3 companies makes sense, but with only 2 how does that play out? I don't think you would have PLL voting in favour of SYA and vice versa to give one side majority right?
And I should have been more specific, what would be your guess for the delay of the carbonate plant construction by 2 years?
