I used to believe in the expand money supply and you will ramp inflation its basic Friedmanite economics and sounds intuitive. But the US turned the printing press on to full speed in 2008 and we didn't get any inflation until now. That's a pretty big lag time. Maybe uncle Milton wasn't right when he said that inflation is always a monetary phenomenon.
Also stagflation is high unemployment coupled with high inflation and stagnant demand. We don't have high unemployment so by definition we don't have stagflation.
I agree that ASX prices across a lot of companies are down but the ones I watch are down in relation to some impressive highs. MEU seems to have missed out on the impressive high.
My point was I can't see how Aurora Tank won't become a mine and I read about people mining rare earths at lower grades than Meu have reported plus there the Uranium. It just surprises me that a company with this sort of potential has a 3 in front of it's price.
