Just what these people get upon arrival have to do with any medical care that may be supplied to them in their hour of need?
It seems that many here are unable or perhaps more correctly unwilling to see is that to just leave people suffering some medical condition by not being prepared to assist them by way of an ambulance, is not just repugnant, it is "un-Australian" frankly.
Thank god the Fuzzy Wuzzy Angles of Papua New Guinea didn't refuse to help our diggers during WW2 because they were foreigners.
